Housing & Support

Transitional Housing

Temporary housing and supportive services that help individuals transition toward stable, independent living.

About Transitional Housing

Transitional housing provides a safe, structured, and temporary living environment for individuals working toward permanent housing. These programs bridge the gap between homelessness and long-term stability by offering supportive services, supervision, life skills development, and, in some cases, education and employment training. The goal is to help individuals build the skills and confidence needed to achieve lasting independence and successfully transition into permanent housing.
